Anna Heuvens, 31 years old

"It was a perfect match from day one! My career at Dr.Clauder began with a student internship in the 9th grade. I then completed my apprenticeship at Dr.Clauder and was able to gain my first professional experience in internal sales. I completed my studies alongside my job, so that I was able to make good use of both theoretical and practical experience for my job. At Dr.Clauder I had the opportunity to continue to develop myself and so I switched to marketing with a strong focus on sales.

I was able to grow into a great position with a lot of responsibility and am now responsible for a team of 6.

I am very proud to have been part of the Dr. Clauder family for almost 15 years 😊 . I am also very happy that I can take my Emmy (a dachshund) to work with me."

"I am a human resources professional with heart and soul - and I can live this out here every day. Boredom is a foreign word to me and that's a good thing!
The first 6 months have flown by for me. Anyone who wants to can achieve something here, set goals, help shape them and ultimately achieve them and participate in them. We place particular emphasis on the health and satisfaction of our employees, whether in administration, logistics or production, which is why we offer health days once a year. Dr.Clauder offered me the opportunity to work flexible hours so that I could continue working for the company as a working student.
I am now an integral part of the marketing team and work every day on varied and creative tasks in a motivated team. I am pleased to have grown with the company over the past few years and to have been supported along the way."

For this, I completed a degree in social media management alongside my work. Dr. Clauder always supports further training. I have always liked the fact that I was able to contribute my ideas and make my own decisions in some areas."
