The health of your four-legged friend and your satisfaction are important to us!
Dr.Clauder's products are produced under strict hygiene and quality regulations. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
Please have the following information ready for your dealer:
- Samples or photos of the product to be complained about
- reason for complaint
- best-before date and batch number
- your contact details
If you ordered your goods on our or the King4Pets website, or if a specialist retailer is uncooperative, then you are of course welcome to fill out our complaint form below!
We take your feedback very seriously, as we are interested in constantly optimizing our products. Please understand that we cannot process your complaint without the information listed below. At present, complaints can only be made via our homepage within Germany. After an extensive quality check in our company, you will receive a response from us immediately.
Send return request
Click on the profile icon in the shop navigation or go to the right of withdrawal or a return page and request a return.
Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue."
- Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
- Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Request a return in the shop
- Click on the order you want to request a return for.If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click on "Send request".
If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
